End-of-Sale Notice:
Sangoma P320 Desk Phone

Dear Sangoma Partner,

This notice is to inform you that the Sangoma P320 desk phone (SKU: 1TELP320LF) will reach End-of-Sale (EoS) effective January 31st, 2026. After this date, no new units of the P320 will be available for purchase.

In addition, the P320 is officially designated End-of-Life (EoL); Sangoma will no longer manufacture new units of this model. Support will continue through January 31, 2027, after which the product will enter End-of-Support (EoS) status.

Recommended Replacement: Sangoma P325

The P325 desk phone is the direct replacement for the P320 and offers expanded line capacity (6 lines), HD Voice, Gigabit Ethernet, USB port, and a 4.3" IPS color display, maintaining the same reliability while delivering added flexibility.

Action Required

We encourage all partners to:

• Review any pending deployments involving the P320

• Transition quotes and orders to the P325 immediately
